Portal:Practitioner Needs
From WikiCODOPN
This page is intended to be used to capture the needs of people who will be directly involved in the work of the Department of Peace and Nonviolence. It is important to identify and quantify all the critical needs of the Practitioners so that a comprehensive Department can be created. These needs will be compiled and published as "Stakeholder Requirements."
Who is considered a Practitioner
We are using the term Practitioner to refer to those people who will be the "operators" of the new Department and be involved in its initial formation, its start-up, its implementation of services, its research, its evaluation of effectiveness, and its management /administration, etc.
Practitioners include people employed directly by the Department of Peace as government employees, employees of Partner Departments (e.g. DoJ, DoE,...), State and Local government agencies, as well as people in Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) who are contracted by the Department to implement local intervention programs.
Please note that the "Needs" of people who are served by the Department of Peace and Nonviolence are being captured on a different page - see User Needs.
Please note that the "Needs" of people who are sponsoring this Department are being captured on a different page - see Sponsor Needs.
