Who is considered an "End-User" / "Service Recipient"?

We are using the term End-User / Service Recipient to refer to those people who will be the direct recipients of services and resources provided by the new Department.

The Department of Peace will have a broad range of "End-Users / Service Recipients" - i.e. people who will use the services and resources provided by the DoPN.

For example:

  1. The President will seek advice from the Secretary of the DoPN at Cabinet meetings concerning effective non-violent alternatives to issues facing the Nation.
  2. Using the Federal Interagency Committee on Peace and Nonviolence created by this legislation, the DoPN will advise Partner Departments.
  3. Using the Intergovernemntal Advisory Council on Peace and Nonviolence created by this legislation, the DoPN will advise Partner State-Local Agencies.
  4. The Secretary of the DoPN will also identify key issues for the nation and request specific research, analysis, and development of new intervention programs from the Department.
  5. The Regional DoPN offices will serve Neighborhoods, Organizations, Families, and Individuals on matters involving domestic violence (group/collective, interpersonal, and self-directed violence).
